Hair By Russians is not a reseller. We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been producing premium South Russian Slavic hair extensions since 2011, supplying salons, stylists, and hair brands directly with no middlemen involved.
Where We Source Our Hair
Our hair comes from south Russia and neighboring Slavic regions – the same geographical area that has produced the world finest natural hair for generations. Women in these regions traditionally grow their hair long and untreated, resulting in hair that is:
- Naturally fine in texture
- Completely silicone-free
- Low in porosity, holds color exceptionally well
- Cuticle-aligned (true Remy)
We have maintained direct sourcing relationships in these regions since our founding. This gives us consistent access to genuine South Russian Slavic hair as demand for authentic hair grows and supply becomes more competitive.
Our Manufacturing Process
1. Hair Collection and Sourcing
Hair is collected from verified donors, checked for origin and quality, and delivered to our facility.
2. Sorting and Grading
Every batch is sorted by natural color, texture, and length. Cuticle alignment is verified. Batches that do not meet our standards are rejected.
3. Coloring
Hair is colored to our 22-color standard palette using professional-grade color. Our in-house coloring team handles everything from natural shades to complex balayage and custom colors. The hair retains its natural properties through the coloring process.
4. Weft Production and Finishing
Wefts are machine-made to consistent density. Genius Wefts, hand-tied wefts, and bulk hair go through separate production tracks. Every finished product is inspected before packaging.
5. Packaging and Quality Check
Final weight, length, and color are verified. Products are packaged and prepared for shipment from our US warehouse in Miami, Florida.
