Can I return my order?
Pick the wrong color, length or extension type? We hear you. We understand how difficult it is to choose a hair extension that works for you from how you see it on a computer screen. That’s why we offer returns for up to 30 days of you receiving your order.
Please keep in mind, however, that human hair extensions are a hygienic product, meaning they can be damaged by being touched or exposed to the air. For this reason, we DO NOT accept items that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.
How can I return my hair extensions?
To initiate a return, please use our contact form and message us within 30 days of receiving your order. Tell us what you’d like to return and your order number, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. We will then provide you with our return address and instructions for returning your order.
All Hair by Russians Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging with a copy of your invoice. Upon receiving it, we will inspect it to see everything is intact and if you qualify for a return. Again, opened or defaced merchandise will not be accepted.
If, upon inspection, we confirm that your returned hair extensions were not opened, worn, or tampered with, you will receive a notification regarding your full refund via email.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Period.
Sorry to be so blunt about it. While we would love to pay for shipping both ways, we are unfortunately not (yet) a multi-billion dollar company with the financial resources to meet this request.
We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as Hair By Russians will not be held responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.
Please be aware that refunds for any returns exclude the including shipping cost paid to ship your package, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Furthermore, all express shipping costs will also not be refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
After you send back your return, expect to wait between 4-6 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative on our end. Please be aware: all customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
After we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, worn, or tampered with, a full refund will be provided to the original payment method we have on file.
Note: Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
