Hair By Russians is a wholesale hair extension supplier based in Miami, Florida, with our manufacturing facility in St. Petersburg, Russia. We source, process, and distribute premium human hair extensions to salons, stylists, and distributors across the United States and internationally.

Who We Are

We started with one goal: to give US salons direct access to the same hair that professional stylists in Russia and Eastern Europe have relied on for decades. With over 10 years in the hair industry, we now own the entire supply chain from raw hair collection through processing, quality control, and final product manufacturing.

Our US office is located at 201 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Our factory and processing facility operates in St. Petersburg, Russia, where our team handles all coloring, processing, and product manufacturing.

What We Supply

We manufacture and wholesale every major hair extension method:

• Genius Weft – our flagship product, a thin flexible weft that does not require sealing
• Hand-Tied Extensions – individually hand-sewn wefts for a natural, lightweight result
• Tape-In Extensions – adhesive tape wefts for fast application and reuse
• Hot Fusion / I-Tip – keratin-bonded strand extensions for seamless blending
• Machine Weft – high-volume wefts for maximum density at lower cost
• Clip-In Extensions – temporary clip-on wefts for retail and client use
• Bulk Hair – raw processed hair for custom extension creation

All products are available in a full color range from natural black through all shades of blonde, including custom color orders.

Our Manufacturing Process

We control the full manufacturing process in-house. Raw hair is collected from donors in Russia, then processed at our St. Petersburg facility using a 9-step proprietary method:

1. Hair roots are aligned and leveled in a chain stitch machine
2. A proprietary chemical solution prepares the hair for color processing
3. Hair is bleached to an initial base color
4. A toner is applied before the final color dye
5. Hair is combed through before the dye sets
6. The batch goes through a specialized dryer for even drying
7. Quality check: each batch is inspected for color consistency
8. Hair is sewn into bundles
9. Bundles are washed with a specialized shampoo and dried naturally under controlled temperatures

What Makes Our Hair Different

We do not use silicone coatings on any of our products. Silicone creates artificial shine and softness that disappears after a few washes, leaving the hair rough and matted. Instead, we preserve the natural cuticle layer throughout our process, which gives the hair its shine without any coating.

Our dyeing method uses alternative dyes that do not burn the hair shaft. This means the hair holds color longer, survives multiple reinstallations, and behaves like natural hair in texture and movement.
